This publication is intended for Iowa policymakers and Iowa taxpayers.
It outlines the Association’s basic principles, which are offered to the governor and General Assembly for consideration to help ensure more accountability in the practice of government. The ITA’s Committee on Accountable Government has established criteria to determine if these principles are being met, and that information is made available following the state legislative session.
